Experience music of hope, reflection, and power in this community-centered benefit concert for those affected by the May 16 tornado in St. Louis. The SLSO and Grammy Award-winning vocalist BeBe Winans are joined on stage at the Fabulous Fox by members of the SLSO's two resident choruses—the IN UNISON Chorus and the St. Louis Symphony Chorus. Many singers in the IN UNISON Chorus attend churches in the SLSO’s IN UNISON program, which has connected the orchestra to congregations  in north St. Louis for more than 30 years. Nine of the SLSO’s partner churches sustained damage from the tornado.Â
This collective effort, hosted by the SLSO and the Fabulous Fox, supports the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis’ ongoing relief, recovery, and rebuilding efforts. Together, we celebrate enduring community bonds and a shared commitment to help our neighbors recover, rebuild, and heal. Â
This is a pay-as-you-wish, general admission event. All funds raised, including direct donations, will support the Urban League’s Disaster Relief Fund. Free parking is provided by the Fabulous Fox.Â
Can’t make it? You can still support the relief efforts by donating directly to the Urban League’s Disaster Relief Fund here.
Presented in partnership with Classic 107.3.
